All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Refund Eligibility – Damaged Items Only

A refund will only be considered if:

  1. The item is damaged upon arrival.

  2. You submit a request within 2 days of receiving the item.

  3. You complete the Contact Us form on our website and include:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Shipping Address

    • Date of Delivery

Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

Refund requests submitted after 2 days of having the item will not be approved.

Photo Verification

Customers requesting a refund may be required to provide clear photos of the damaged item. Failure to provide requested photos may result in denial of the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shepherd Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Approval of Refunds

If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
